Madame President series constructive dialogue and screening

Run a series of constructive dialogue and screening sessions based on Madame President series in Amman, Ajloun, and Kerak cities. The aim of the “constructive dialogue” sessions is to enable “dialogue” to take place and how to achieve it through interactive and non-traditional approaches.Constructive dialogues are different than a debate or discussion one might have with a neighbor or friend. Participants agree to set aside attempts to convince or ‘prove’ one side of an argument or another. The primary purpose of a constructive dialogue is learning through listening. The aim is to improve the way people with significant differences relate to one another. A successful constructive dialogue dispels stereotypes or unstated assumptions on gender, religion, or class. Success can lead to a new understanding and a positive shift in relationships.
